I am never told at the window that they are missing something (once, the milkshake machine was broken, and they resolved the issue with the customer). “This is NOT your run of the mill circuit / body building / cross fit gym. Its better! The activities are actually challenging and intense. Group sizes stay small, the trainers are helpful during exercises and you get to learn new ways to work and tone your body. It is a bit spendy - 6 months pre paid is about 150 bucks - however that means unlimited classes. Theres usually 2 or 3 early morning, a couple days a week theres a midday class and one class every evening around 6 which is convenient. The classes run about 45 ish minutes and they are so fun. One of the best fitness experiences i have had. Im a life-long gym-rat / fitness "enthusiast", and if you want a routine that doesnt get boring - this is it. They keep their place spotless and have an innovative set up in their space. Its so fun!!”
