This most recent visit we came to the store having done some online research beforehand so we knew what we wanted to see. Salesperson Heather politely greeted as we walked in. We explained why we were there and she took us around to view the 3 items we wanted to compare. She gave us additional information about each item with an extremely low pressure atmosphere. We chose our perfect sleeper sofa, added the protection plan and completed payment in less than 20 minutes...and we're taking delivery just 3 days later! Very pleased with our buying experiences at Ashley Furniture!
