I have lived at many different apartments in my life and these guys are hands down the best management team I have had. Very responsive and easy to work with, they listen to any questions or concerns you have and get right back to you. The apartments themselves are very well maintained, as are the grounds. Great place to live. Comfortable and affordable.

I love living here. The neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well kept, maintenance guys are so handy and on top of any little fix you need, the office is there when you have any Questions. They have available parking spots and garages for extra cost.

My wife and I loved living here! We were here for four years, and the management didn’t change the entire time, which is rare. We’ve spent a lot of time in other places in the Beaverton/Tigard area, and this was by far our favorite. The grounds are kept nice all year, and the office staff has been the easiest we have dealt with. We would definitely recommend Brightwaters to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and well kept place to live. We would easily have continued to stay here if we hadn’t bought our first home.
