The Hudson South Apartments

I have lived here for years. As in around five. I've been through 2 or 3 management companies and a new owner. They have done work to revamp the property. As of now there's no pool or fitness room. They are not taking that off the rent as of now with the poo poo covid. That has everything to do with the state and or retaining cost. Other then that I have no problems with the current owners or management staff.

Moved here a few months ago. The area is nice and has good shopping areas nearby. The complex is quiet and well kept. The apartment that we are renting is really nice and spacious. We had an issue with the washer and they fixed it quickly. The price is pretty good and you get a parking spot for free. Honestly, this place is really nice and the new management group takes care of the place. Karlee in the office is awesome and she helped make our move easy. Great place to live! We looked at the other big complex down the street where it was more expensive and their trash service was weird (leave it outside your door). Plus their customer service sucked and here they treated us really well.

I had been coming from a poor situation with my previous apartment and so far the management at Hudson has done an amazing job helping me move in and addressing my needs quickly. I don't think many of these reviews are accurate because I had a friend who lived here previously and had good things to say about the property overall.
