Dr Kris Teshera is Absolutely the best, most helpful therapist we’ve ever visited. Full of wisdom and his methods are just what we needed to jump start our 24 yr marriage! Hope has returned. He does not focus on “issues” but personality and how to relate, communicate and understand each differences and similarities. I highly recommend!
This guy is amazing. We were so lucky to find him. Our insurance didn't cover him but we paid out of pocket rather than going to someone in our plan b/c it's so worth it. Down to earth and just spot on with all of his counseling advice. He's moved offices btw. He's now across 217 in the Tigard Medical Mall on Shady Ln in the office of The Family Institute PC.
