  Customer service is great. Service on the other hand has maybe a little bit subpar. Make sure you check your RV out before you leave, of course I'm sure most experienced people do but if your new may not.

  Just wow, on two separate occasions they have gone so far above and beyond it isn't even worth words. They know what they're talking about and if they don't they come out and get hands-on and learn with you and guide you through so you feel confident when you're out on the road. Again I can't say enough good things about these guys amazing multiple times

  Aaron is AWESOME! Great work, met all expectations. Aaron and crew are Fantastic! I had a problem with my axle in my trailer from the factory, they went the extra mile to ensure the axle and tires were replaced to tow straight down the road once more. I would highly recommend them, they are straight shooters and honest. Thanks once again for your help!

  The service team is fantastic! I purchased my travel trailer from Funtime in October of 2018 and had a solar system installed as part of the purchase. When I picked up my trailer, Ian took his time and thoroughly reviewed all the systems, buttons and knobs with me before I took the trailer home. He also made sure I had all the basics required for a successful first couple trips out. A few months later, I had a couple questions about the solar system. Once again, Ian took his time to make sure everything was working as it should be and answered any and all questions I had. I am a completely satisfied Funtime RV customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new RV!
