They really treat you like family, and accommodate for your needs no matter how difficult your request may be. I recently went in there and the sales associate Rick was the absolute best. He was super helpful and had great advice. 5 stars, hands down amazing.

(August 28, 2019, 2:37 pm)Was sent to this location from a local jeweler because I have a watch that won't keep time even after putting in new batteries. The kind man behind the counter took a look at my watch, reseated the batteries and sent me on my way. No charge. If I continue to have problems, he says he can overhaul my watch for $45. Excellent customer service and I will be back!
