Oregon Hot Tub - Wilsonville

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Bartels while we were planning on replacing our Hot tub. Jennifer visited the site , took the measurement and gave us advice on what size of hot tub will suit the space . She also gave us all the details on the pricing . She was very meticulous and very straight forward in her dealing. We felt the personal touch in her interactions. The tub was ordered and delivered timely. She kept us updated all the time. She also helped us find a contractor to prep the area. Overall it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I cannot say enough good things about Jack and Oregon Hot Tub Wilsonville. We bought our tub about 3 years ago and the whole process was an absolute dream- Jack was super easy to work with and we absolutely love our tub. Why am I writing a review 3 years later? Because 3 years later Jack is STILL helping us! Whenever I’ve needed help, from advice on how to treat the tub water or what kind of concrete pad is best for the unit, Jack is a phone call or text away! We are currently in the process of moving our tub and Jack even offered to come help! He really sets the standard for customer service and I will never stop singing his praises. Simply the best.

Working with Oregon Hot tub has been excellent from the very beginning. Met Jack Nichols in April contemplating getting a hot tub and researching reviews. Hot Spring tubs offer very low maintenance , quite operation and low operating cost which what was looking for. After 3 visits ( you have the option to make an appointment and try it while running : ) and many questions later Jack helped me choose the one that would fit our needs. We have a tight space and he went to our home took measurements , pictures for clearance issues and weight support distribution as well. Had the spa for a week now, ended up with SOVEREIGN model , fits perfectly and exceeds expectations . Jack came by after installation and walked me through first time chemical prep and future maintenance schedule. Customer service is fantastic and our family has been using it everyday. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jack for a truly smooth , no pressure and highly professional experience.

Luke Wilkerson, our sales rep for our beautiful new swim spa, was absolutely incredible. He was kind, helpful and funny, and he did an impeccable job at organizing the delivery, installation and use of the spa. He went above and beyond and even measured the garage for us and helped us position the spa. We can’t talk highly enough of him. Thank you Luke so, so much for everything… We just love our spa!

I have been SO impressed with my whole experience with Oregon Hot Tub. I originally sent an email asking a few questions about hot tubs in general and Jack responded quickly and with all the answers I needed. When we came in to the store, he was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. He even came to our house to figure out the best option for the delivery crew to get the tub where we wanted. A few months after having the tub, I had a water question and when I called and spoke to Shawna, she was so helpful and I ended up being able to fix the water problem I was having rather than draining and refilling. Fast forward a few more months, and we just sold our home and are about to move to our new home. We definitely wanted to take our hot tub with us and I emailed asking for hot tub mover recommendations and Andria gave us recommendations and got us connected with a mover! I’m blown away with the amazing service throughout this entire process. Thank you all so much!
