I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage today!😊It had been about a year since I had been to our unit and Justin personally took me to our unit and helped me get it open when I struggled with the lock. He also helped me to get to the dumpster for a couple of my items. I appreciated how friendly and helpful he was and sooo nice to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions. :) While I was in the unit Justin was also sweeping the floors (which by the way…this place is pristine!😊) He checked on me to see if I needed anything and even offered to bring me a rolling cart!😊I highly recommend this place!😊

Had a really great experience with this Extra space storage location my stuff was in there since March 2021 and just got it out this month . And the staff was always so helpful ! Big shout out to Justin and Stephanie they were a big help on my move out ! So thank you guys for everything and always being so helpful and kind really I never talked to a rude rep in this store they are all very nice and knowledgeable ! Also helped me break my lock like 3 times because we would always loose our keys ! Lol thanks extra storage space ! You’ve been great ! 10/10 recommend!!

I rented my unit online and ran into a minor issue when I arrived at the facility. I went to the office and Justin was very helpful in providing me with multiple options for my storage situation and needs. He was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful and I cannot be more pleased with the customer service I received. On top of that, the facility was absolutely spotless and the cleanest I've ever seen!! I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone and thanks again to Justin for excellent customer service!!

Great storage location. Very clean facility and staff is easily accessible and friendly. Shelby was great to work with. I would have liked to continue renting from them however RV storage rates increased rapidly and nearly doubled with new rates. Staff tried to work on lowering rate but it was still too high compared to other local storage location.

I am having neck surgery 6/1/21; my c6-c7 will be fused due to a bulged disc, this issue has been going on for nearing 6 months and I have lived with severe left arm nerve pain. I was recommended by my neuro surgeon to try therapeutic massage. Based on outstanding reviews, I chose Wendee with NW Massage. She took the time to sit and discuss my needs and pain levels in depth. The empathy she demonstrated throughout my massage experience left me with the desire to book all my future massages with her throughout my surgery recovery process.

Wendee is an amazing massage therapist and when she told me my job was to relax I took that to heart. The signature and deep tissue are my favorites I highly recommend NW Message.

Wendee is amazing. The massage was wonderful and very effective. I felt so loose and energetic the next day. Definitely going to see her again!

I almost didn’t realize just how much I needed a massage, until my latest appointment. Wendee knew just what to do and how to ease the muscle tensions. I didn’t even have to tell her everywhere that needed work, because after the initial review massage, she knew.
