“We come here to play disc golf. 3 courses, easy, medium, hard (Highland, Canyon, Meadow). Beautiful course. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the yellow baskets. I like them and everything but some real baskets on Highland and Canton would really put this place over the top. Dog friendly, just keep them on a leash.”

From the ambiance, to the music, to the carefully constructed flows each week-- it feels like your stress just melts away when you enter the studio. I really appreciated the way Jessica would introduce me to regulars when I first started in the class to make me feel comfortable. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I personally love that she provides feedback while you are in class so you wont be doing things incorrectly time after time and possibly injure yourself- something that is hard to find at many studios. She will work with you to meet you where you are and constantly provide modifications to make things easier or harder- eventually your doing things you never thought possible! Ive become so much more mentally and physically strong in the last 6+ months after starting her classes. I will admit- these classes can be tough- but you will see the benefits.”
