(June 11, 2020, 8:26 pm)I went in for an appointment -- everyone was exceedingly warm and welcoming. Dr. Jahnke is kind and amusing. He answered my questions with patience, explains things well, made me feel at ease. His assistant (Sherry?) was also super nice. The lady who fits for glasses admitted that she doesn't see young people a lot (I am 35...) so she said she might not have anything for "my crowd" but the selection was totally fine and I was grateful for the compliment haha.
The office and people were great, not sure why there are 1 star reviews, but yeah, I thought it was delightful.
