Zion Lutheran Church

I brought my son here after an injury and they took excellent care of him. We got immediate care and everyone was so friendly. 10/10 recommend this ER. No waiting for hours to be seen, we were in and out quickly.

Awesome experience using this facility a few times now for my family. Was quick and efficient to get the treatment needed to move on with our day. The staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Best ER experience I've ever had. Locally I've used ER services from Memorial Hermann and St. Lukes but HCA has definitely surpassed how an ER visit should go. Medical staff were all very courteous and didn't waste time in helping me during my medical distress. Facility is clean. They even called a few days afterwards to check how I'm doing. Would recommend for ER services needed.

In the past I’ve had personal not so great experiences with HCA at a different ER location, but this weekend I had to take my mom and this last Friday all the personnel at HCA at the Creekside location made an absolute difference in our experience, they provided more than care to my mom, the doctor, nurses and all staff involved were friendly, and made us feel they cared. Highly recommended

I have probably been to a hospital over 50 times in my life with sports injuries, etc., so I have a lot of experience with different service quality. This location is the best experience I ever had in my life. I literally was able to see a doctor in 5 minutes, got an x-ray, tetanus shot, badged and out in less than 1 hour. I will never go anywhere else. I even asked the doctor if he could be my primary physician. Unbelievably nice people.

I love this church! There's not a ton of younger families here (yet) but there are lots of active grandparents that are happy to pitch in and help me raise my own two kids if I need them. I have no extended family living in the area, but this welcoming bunch of people fill that hole in my heart and provide the support network every parent should have.
