Recently took my lawnmower in for a spring tuneup. Landon, the young man working at the counter, was very friendly, answered all my questions and helped unload the mower. They had it ready in three days and it’s running like a champ.

My only semi-negative would be the cost. Final price was $150. Which feels a little high, I think the mower itself only cost $200 like five years ago.

But like I said, the motor is running perfect, the blade is sharp and it doesn’t look like they took any shortcuts. I’ll be taking all my lawn equipment here for service.

Personable and professional service. They support and education for my issue with my lawn mower. I was able to fix it based on their info. I’ll take it to them when it’s time for a tuneup or blade sharpening based on this “giving away the business/teaching the customer”

You feel like a valued customer at this location. When shopping for a riding mower we visited several establishments, including secondary locations, and found this to be our favorite. These days, you don't often find a consistent level of service excellence, but you will here. Friendly & helpful staff that offer solutions at good prices.

Incredible buying process! My old riding lawnmower needed a bunch of work that would have cost over $1,000 of work. I made the very easy decision in getting a new riding lawnmower. But during this covid time proved very hard since apparently everyone went out and bought one before I did. Well I looked every where for one I couldn't find a good one that will mow over 2 acres and will last for at least 10 years until I went to stark street lawn and garden in Newberg. I found which model I wanted in the cub cadet online and went to stark street and Aaron set me up and let me put a deposit on the specific one I wanted. He made the buying process a breeze and he called me the next business day and told me he has the mower and it's ready to be delivered. I absolutely appreciate stark street lawn and garden and Aaron for getting me a mower so quickly. And when they delivered it to the house and I got to try it out I knew I made the right choice. This mower is powerful and perfect for my piece of property. I'm a happy customer! :)
