“We recently transferred our primary care to Willamette Heart. My husband had a great first visit with PA Lynnette. She was down to earth and listened to him explain his health history. He especially loved that they had an in house lab for taking his blood, saving him a separate trip to the lab. I had seen Mabel earlier last year and was quite impressed with her warm and approachable manner. Scheduling was easy for both visits, waiting room is spacious. The office is no longer located in Willamette Valley Medical Center, but the new location is easy to get to, with parking in lot and close by on side streets.”

While our Pediatrician and another ear specialist couldn't give us a reasonable answer, Dr Zald diagnosed the real problem. He made very nice friendly connection with my scared kid in the first visit. Our daughter was so happy to visit her "silly funny Dr" for her next visits. In the treatmemt process, Dr Zald suggested ear tubes, and we agreed. The entire operation went super smooth and great. Now our daughter feels so good without pain and her hearing is back. We sincerely thank Dr Zald for everything and highly recommend him.”
