“I work at 6 in the morning and often stop here on the way. I always get a spicy dirty chai with oat milk. Sometimes I get a breakfast sandwich or a bagel. I've never had a bad experience. Not once. The girls who work here in the early morning are efficient, friendly and accurate. The prices are a little high but worth it for the good service. I hope they're paid well.”

“These young girls know how to make a coffee, better than any coffee shops around. They are all very friendly, and sweet. Something that I have found at every other coffee shop, is burnt coffee. Which is undrinkable, and a waiste of money when you get a coffee like that. At Cowboy Coffee these girls have obviously been taught the correct way to make coffee, they DO NOT burn there coffee. “Skip the chains in the area and come here instead! My partner and I stopped by early evening after a rainy and wet hike at Silver Falls State Park carrying our two dogs looking for hot coffee. We noticed that there are not many coffee shops in the area, just the typical chains, so decided that we should give this place a try! So glad that we did!! The owner let us try our beverages after making them and asked us to try it so he can adjusted to our liking if needed. He took his time to explained where the chocolate and coffee beans came from for our beverages. We ordered a Mexican mocha and lavender latte. He also went out of his way to give us some sweets to share before we left.”

“Went in only hearing bad, but was pleasantly surprised. The country omelet was well made. Great flavor and the gravy gave it a slight feel of nostalgia. The Benedict had perfectly poached eggs but both breakfasts felt a bit weird with a side of rosemary fries. Based on other reviews they have definitely improved since opening and might be worth a second try. That said there are some much better value breakfasts in town and would probably come hear most often for breakfast when other options are not available.”

“It's awesome to see a friendly little restaurant in the Portland metro area that serves ready-made Filipino food at good prices! My main disappointment is the rotating menu because that means sometimes some great Filipino staples aren't there, such as pancit bihon, which I always look for. However, what they make is tasty and enjoyable. I especially love their halo-halo, which tastes super fresh and rich! Perfect in the summer hot weather. Also, they offer a lot of Filipino snacks for purchase, and I highly recommend the Butter Cream crackers!”

“Super bomb Strawberry cream boba and Tofu Poke Bowl. Slightly spendy, but both the drink and the bowl were plenty full and filled me up to the top. Very satisfied and so was my date. Well worth it. I could tell when I picked up the food how heavy it was that I was going to be happy and then I opened the lid and saw what was inside and they did not disappoint. Thanks again. Lots of other good food carts in this court as well. Great place for lunch. We come back all the time.”
