One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. “The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance? Press 1 now!) then hangs up on you. Also, no shipping tracking number or anything else. I called the dealership directly and it turns out my part I ordered is just sitting there waiting for me. Not sure how long it’s been sitting but at least I can go get it now.”

“For sure one of the most honest and fairly priced shop around. Brought in my F150 thinking it needed an alignment because it had a slight pull to the right. I suspect a small misalignment or road crown was causing the pull. After their inspection I was informed my alignment was fine and charged a very fair and modest fee. There are so many dishonest people/shops out there always out to make a quick buck or scam you. It’s great to find one that doesn’t.”
