Despite being fully booked for that day, Dr. Nguyen had me come into the office at night long after her regular hours to address my tooth. That kind of service is rare in this day and age. “My boyfriend and I have finally found a dental place we are super comfortable with! Dr. Nguyen and her staff are super awesome and just so easy to get along with. I usually am nervous whenever going to the dentist due to bad past experiences but Dr. Nguyen and her staff were so comforting and just made my anxiety go away. My first filling procedure with them was so awesome! I was amazed I did not feel any pain! The past filling experiences at other places I had were always painful and I was surprised that it didn't hurt at all. Also when I got cold due to the AC in the room, they even brought me a blanket to stay warm! I have never had any dentist did this for me and this showed that they really care for their patients. They go above and beyond for everyone here, and are all so down to earth people! Also I was able to take a funny photo of Dr. Nguyen with my boyfriend falling asleep in the lobby when he waited for me to be done. It is so refreshing to be able to have a dentist to know to have some fun with their patients. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff for treating us so well!”

“I broke out a filling and the tooth was sharp and getting food stuck. Dr. Bullock was able to get me in quickly. His business team greeted me with cheer! The check in process was COVID sensitive and cheerful. I didn't wait at all and went straight back for my treatment. Turns out, I didn't even need to get numb! Overhead was America's Funniest Home Videos playing...hard to keep from laughing, a few chuckles did escape. His assistant is pleasant and kind. Great visit and no more sharp tooth any more!”

“I came in to Dr. Tran's office fully aware of the amount of work ahead. I only ever went to the dentist in emergency situations, so suffice it to say I've harbored a lot of trauma around dentists and dental work for a long time. Dr Tran, his wife and their receptionist are amazing. Absolutely amazing. He removed my infected tooth in 15 minutes. And on my next extraction it was decided to take out 2 that were broken and severely infected as well. Dr Tran was very kind, he explained each step of the way what to expect before he did it, and it was severely helpful. He got both teeth out in 30 minutes total. His wife has such calming, supportive energy. She's always right there doing exactly what is needed. She wiped away my tears, she patted me on the arm when things would get intense. She really knows how to be supportive in many ways besides just supporting him and his work in keeping things cleared while he works. While I had anxiety going in because I didn't know what to expect having two teeth removed, it was nothing like the panic I experienced in previous dental visits elsewhere. There is something tremendously healing about how Dr Tran and his Wife handle themselves, their patients and their office. Even when I move to Washington, I am strongly considering making the drive to them should I ever need dental work again. That's how good they both are. And their receptionist Laura is fantastic. She has a very bright energy that makes you forget you're even in a dental clinic. I've never seen her without a smile on her face and she was so very kind to talk with me about life when I had to wait over an hour for my ride to care to show up. It is very clear everyone in this clinic is an expert in their role in creating a comfortable and meaningful environment of healing for patients even when that work may be ordinarily difficult to experience. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me! I can't wait to get my smile back! 🫶”
