They really have my best interest in mind... however the reception has been just this past year or so, transferred to a main switchboard for all multnomah county clinics. I can no longer even get an appointment, and definitely can't leave a message for my doctor or anyone in her office. I have problems refilling meds, getting emergency appointments and haven't been to see her for about a year, because whoever answers the phone doesn't care. I was sick for almost a month and had got out of a hospital stay and apparently I still wasn't bad enough for the receptionist to schedule me with my doc.”

He especially loved that they had an in house lab for taking his blood, saving him a separate trip to the lab. I had seen Mabel earlier last year and was quite impressed with her warm and approachable manner. Scheduling was easy for both visits, waiting room is spacious. The office is no longer located in Willamette Valley Medical Center, but the new location is easy to get to, with parking in lot and close by on side streets.”
