“I've been a member of this Gym since Spring 2022 and had been hiring Derek as a trainer 3 days a week since that time. I've lost 30 lbs, bulked up, and have been able to sleep better and feel stronger working with him. The great thing about Derek is he really listens to your needs and doesn't just give you a cookie cutter routine. He understands how the body functions if there is pain, listens to you when something hurts and readjusts the workout routine, and is one of the most friendly and approach le people at the gym. He doesn't bring his personal drama from home to his sessions, hardly ever misses a session, and treats all his clients with the utmost respect whatever their personal journey is fitness-wise. “Such an amazing store. I loved when I walked in I was greeted and asked to be checked in as to make sure I was getting the hair cut appointment. The staff was very attentive especially since I came in during the opening hours, they made sure I was comfortable. Tabrina was an amazing hair stylist, she knew what I liked and was attentive to the hair cut. I went for the MVP upgrade because she had informed me of the deal that was going on. I can see why it’s called an experience because I never felt so important, she was always changing the hot towel, messaged my head softly, because of this I might go MVP every time I get a haircut. I can tell she really puts forth the effort in to making sure I looked good. If you need a way to show amazing service please hire more people like her she is the epitome of excellent customer service. I will definitely come back again and will let my friends and family know to go to this location”
