“Second time coming here to get some tires put on. The price was decent and the service was polite and professional. I was a walk in and they still worked with me to get the job done the same day. One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. Very pleased with my experience, I definitely recommend this shop and I will certainly come back again.”

“April 2021 I had the pleasure to have advance training for toxin and dermal fillers with Amy Melchoir. Prior to training with Amy, I had basic training in toxin and dermal fillers that I had obtained in a group classroom setting. I wanted additional training to provide my clients with more than entry level knowledge and provide a service that was above average. I also wanted to know the business aspect of aesthetics to ensure I had the resources and knowledge to start a successful business. Prior to my arrival Amy provided me with an agenda of two days that were filled with hands on experience, as well as a comprehensive review of aesthetics. Amy’s preparation allowed me to identify any areas of concern, prepare questions, and provided models to obtain a variety of hands-on experience. Amy was able reiterate basic injection techniques and take injections to the next level by incorporating pearls that she had gained through years of injection experience. Amy’s enthusiasm is motivating as she provided a wealth of knowledge from the business aspect that allowed me to gain confidence as an injector, as well as a business owner. “My mom has been at Silvia & John's Residential Care Facility for several months now and I can't say enough great things about it. Not only is the residence beautiful but it's clean and spotless, inside and out, ALL THE TIME (we have 4 family members floating in/out, day/night, unannounced, on a weekly basis). The food is GREAT. The soups & desserts are usually homemade, and delicious, using fresh ingredients. And, the care and the Caregivers are excellent. Silvia & her staff of 8 (includes 4 family members) are gentle, nurturing, efficient & very caring. They work hard at making sure your family member is happy, safe and well cared for. Also, there are grandchildren ranging in ages from 3-19 who show up occasionally. They're all extremely well behaved and friendly. My mom enjoys seeing and hearing the children's voices in the background. My 92 yr old mother's room is large, has her own private bath, and their prices were right in line with the other facilities/homes we visited. We're extremely happy with the decision we made in moving her to Silvia & John's.”
