“I don't know how Macy of A Gentle Wave has not had any Google reviews yet, but that simply won't do. I've got significant health challenges with a lot of problems stemming from the gut. I currently have a membership to 3 CrossFit gyms and 2 large gyms, and I will be cancelling all of them now that I am a member of North Gainz. I was shocked by how spacious their gym is and how much equipment they have. I was particularly intrigued by the plethora of chest day and arm day equipment available. Never have I experienced a cleaner, and safer gym. The owners dedication to this gym is obvious from the moment you walk in. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. Willing to jump in and spot when needed, while also willing to give you your space so you can crush a workout uninterrupted when that’s the vibe you put out. The prices are fair, and the Jorts are short. I don’t think I’ll ever need another gym again.”
