Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way.
