“I have nothing but great experiences with Myles O'Donnell. They are very dependable, thorough, and trustworthy which is exactly what we are looking for in a janitorial service. We had an incident in our office last month where there was a pipe leak over the weekend. It was not noticed until the cleaner from Myles O'Donnell came in for the weekly cleaning. They went above and beyond to mitigate the leak and prevent additional damage. They immediately contacted us and helped us get on top of the issue which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. “Quick back story - almost 2 weeks ago, my van had a few sluggish starts. I took it to a few places to have the battery tested and all said the battery was fine. Fast forward to yesterday (a Sunday 2/5) and it won't start. It won't even turn over. After jumping the it, I went to Advance Auto in Stoughton. I walked in and explained I needed a new battery and need to have it installed. The man working was extremely helpful and kind. He showed me battery options (and didn't try to sway me to the most expensive) and replaced my battery quickly. Being a female it can be intimidating going in to get your car fixed, but it was the complete opposite experience here. I can't recommend this place enough!”
