I took our clothes down one day, because momma was busy with the baby and I wanted to help out. The owner remembered my name, even though it had been years. Amazing!! “Mike and Andy are terrific!! I had some specific requests of their services. Including cleaning carpeted rooms, 2 flights of carpeted stairs and upholstery. Whenever I posed questions, I received a positive, no problem, can do attitude!! How refreshing!!! Haven’t had such success with other carpet cleaning companies. Andy even offered to return in a few days if the stubborn stains on my stairs didn't go away! The stains DID go away without a second visit! However, just to know they would come back at NO charge gave me great peace of mind! I will be ALWAYS be a very faithful customer!”
