The downstairs weight room looks to be a converted parking garage that feels perfect for a hard, gritty workout. Yet, the upstairs has a more elegant, boutique style with cardio equipment and incredibly well maintained locker rooms. They always have coffee ready, decaf and regular, which is a perfect treat before my morning workout. I highly recommend checking this place out, I’m so glad I did!”

From the super welcoming front desk, to your personalized care weekly, it can be a life-changing experience. Have dealt with 24/7 pain in my shoulder for over 7 years now..neck fusion surgeries, bi-lateral carpal tunnel, steroid shots, physical therapy multiple times, any type of treatment you can try, and nothing helped. After working a couple months with Chuck, and staying strong with my program, I can’t believe the change I’ve felt, that has never been done by anything else. He sets you up with a personalized program on an app that has exercises/stretches personalized for you. If you put in the work with it, he sets you up to be given the instruments for your goals to be met. They keep you motivated to be able to LEAVE them, and continue on your own, and not just keep spending money. My first visit was very thorough and they made sure they knew the full extent of my injury and took all the time to make sure I understood everything too. I had a back/hip injury that had made walking and jogging difficult and painful, and I'd almost given up hope that I'd get back to normal. I worked mostly with Hayden, who was very supportive and encouraging. He made sure that I was kept challenged, but he also listened and dialed back the intensity if an exercise was too difficult or painful for the moment. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming, as well.
