“The whole staff was great to deal with. I opened up my roof to see if I can patch up a small portion, to my surprise it ended up being in very bad shape that i needed a new complete roof. After we signed the agreement, they came as soon as possible and put a tarp on the whole exposed area of the roof until they were able to get it redone. The office helped though out the process keeping me posted on any changes and time frame and the roofers did a fantastic job. I definitely would use them again for another project. Before the cleaning, I was told my roof had only another year of life. It has been 3 years since my initial cleaning and it still looks great. “The price of Guaranteed roof leak repairs! They require $190 minimum commitment from the home owner. $190 covers the first two hours then $20 every 15 minutes. I got their phone # from my brother. His receipt said they fixed his roof in 1997 and it never leaked again. The roofer came the same day that I called. He worked on my roof 4 hours 15 minutes and billed me $370 labor and $58 for materials. I'm happy to know my attic will be dry and I will not have mold growing in my ceiling.”
