I called the Gresham store and Tom walked me through the process and then delivered the chair the same day, on his way home from work! In This day and age, caring customer service like that is hard to come by. The monthly rental rate is very reasonable too. I rented a hospital bed six years ago and also had a good experience. What a great business!”
