Very hard to find in the automotive retail space. We had to drive 150 miles so he took the time to give me a very detailed FaceTime walk around of the condition of the car I ultimately ended up buying. I had two quality couches that I love (and fit my space perfectly) that I wanted to be as-good-as-new in a Crypton (bulletproof) blue fabric for our beach cabin.
