I appreciate it when the sales staff are there to help when you ask and otherwise leave you to think. We got wood plank tile, and decided to lay the tile ourselves to save money. Pat readily told us what we needed to do to prep the floor. And to boot, loaned us his personal tile-cutting tool and wet saw! “This veterinary clinic is the very best. My cat, Tabitha, had been very sick for four months but my old vet hadn't diagnosed her correctly. I found Brighton Eggert quite by chance when looking for emergency service last Saturday night. Tabitha was getting worse and worse and I was scared to death. To my surprise, I actually got an appointment for that emergency visit so no waiting. The vet I saw was Dr. Mahoney and she nailed it immediately. Tabitha and I are now clients and she is recovering beautifully. They have 13 vets, great office hours, and emergency services available on Sunday. You cant ask for more or better care for our beloved pets than Brighton Eggert! One last thing, Dr. Mahoney is not only a very knowledgeable vet but very sweet and caring. I just love her.”

One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. “This is a nice store in a nice shopping center right next to Costco. While they’re a little busy at times, I’ve never noticed that the store was dirty or had bare shelves in any of their departments. The place is usually well staffed and doesn’t have long lines, outside of maybe the afternoon rush, and is never a bad place to shop, regardless of the time of day or the day of the week. While it’s located slightly off of the interstate, it’s still close enough to be an easy store to drop by while on a long drive.”

He cares for the rider, he cares for the horse, and he cares that he will impact how they communicate and partner together, each and every ride. John went above and beyond to help me find a saddle that put me and my horse in a position to communicate and progress. I am a small person, not even 5'4" with a petite build, my horse is a 17.3 Percheron draft. John's attention to detail and understanding of biomechanics brought a balance to my horse and I. He took the time to ensure I had felt comfortable and balanced. He asked me frequently how I felt and listened to my feedback in order to make adjustments. In the past few weeks, I felt my relationship with my horse slipping away and into a negative space, we were getting defensive with each other. By finding a saddle that brought balance to our riding, John helped me to reconnect with my horse. John made sure I felt confident in my new saddle. The saddle gives me the support I need to move freely but securely. My horse was calm and relaxed after the fitting and he became my gentle, kind, and loving horse again. The change in the relationship with my horse and I as a result of our fitting with John has given me hope and pleasure in riding with my boy again.”
