“This veterinary clinic is the very best. My cat, Tabitha, had been very sick for four months but my old vet hadn't diagnosed her correctly. I found Brighton Eggert quite by chance when looking for emergency service last Saturday night. Tabitha was getting worse and worse and I was scared to death. To my surprise, I actually got an appointment for that emergency visit so no waiting. The vet I saw was Dr. Mahoney and she nailed it immediately. Tabitha and I are now clients and she is recovering beautifully. They have 13 vets, great office hours, and emergency services available on Sunday. You cant ask for more or better care for our beloved pets than Brighton Eggert! One last thing, Dr. Mahoney is not only a very knowledgeable vet but very sweet and caring. I just love her.”

I was surprised/shocked how much easier it was for her to walk, stand up and navigate the stairs after only one treatment! I couldn't believe it! This therapy is making a real difference. “I've had to come here with two different pets, each time the vets & staff have done an exceptional job. They are 40mins-1hour away from me, but it is worth the drive if your pet is stable. They are very busy and can have a long wait, but they do their best to take care of your pet & prioritize their emergencies (just like an ER for people). My 9 week old kitten had a very major surgery and the staff was very reassuring about the procedure. They are open 24/7 and encourage you to call to check in anytime, even after sending my baby home. I've always paid slightly less than the quoted amount- they do have ways to help you pay not at all once too. Would highly recommend!”

“The wait was worth it!! Having a walk-in schedule can be difficult to be seen the moment your pet needs care. It took me a couple of days but the front desk staff gave me places that could get my dog in if it was an emergency. My dog was not in an emergency situation so I waited a few hours and called in to check if they could get my dog seen for his annual appointment. The staff was courteous and accommodating in person and on the phone even when having to turn patients away due to being over booked. I appreciate the all the staff and their dedication to pets of all kinds. The veterinarian that saw my dog was great and I appreciate all the time she took to answer my questions. I am thankful for this place and the staff that make this office my first choice!! My advise is be patient and be flexible!!”

Having your animal get diagnosed with cancer during a pandemic has been a rollercoaster, but Dr. Dowling is extremely compassionate and will support you in whatever path you decide to take for your animal (he does a great job explaining the options). Also Danielle is a fabulous Vet Tech and always a pleasure to interact with! They are straight up with you about price estimates at the beginning of each appointment which I appreciate. My experiences with the front desk staff has been pleasant as well. I would highly recommend VCA for oncology care, that is the only department I see but I have no doubt the others are great too.”

“Dr. Henson is an absolutely amazing veterinarian! She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about our kitties' health. She is a curious person that is not satisfied to give up on a kitty who is experiencing health issues. She saved the life of our kitty that was experiencing urinary stones and was able to collaborate with a specialist to surgically correct the problem. Our other kitty has an eye that a prior veterinarian had dismissed as nothing, but Dr. Henson investigated further and referred us to a specialist. The specialist explained that it is cancer and eventually the eye will need to be removed. Dr. Henson and her team are amazing people who have repeatedly made our kitties' lives better, and consequently our lives too. I would recommend Dr. Henson's clinic to anyone that wants a knowledgeable veterinarian that is compassionate and cares about your kitty!”

“They give small portions- a sweet potato order only brings out two slices. But it's all you can eat, so can't complain. The broths are good, but be aware that if you ask for a spicy hot and you're using individual portion hot pots, they will add enough oil for a full sized hot pot. So your food will be literally swimming in pure oil. My partner got sick off it, so just be aware. There's no problem with regular sharing hot pot or the non spicy ones. My favorite broth is the herbal one, can't go wrong with it. I wish they had a wider selection of vegetables, but their meat selection is great. The bathrooms are kept clean too. I prefer Urban Hot Pot to this joint, but this place is definitely closer and it still checks all the boxes that a hot pot place should. Especially good if you're a first time hot pot adventurer.”

He's very knowledgeable, is excellent at systematic diagnosis, always good natured (even in the night if you've gotten him up), is willing and glad to answer questions, explains things clearly, and can handle anxious horses. He does all our routine care and everything else too, from a cough or laceration to a fracture and euthanasia. He's kind to the horses and respectful of their owners. He will advise on diet and general horsekeeping if you ask him. He is practical, understands financial constraints, and does not try to sell you something you don't need. I think his charges are fair. In addition, his assistants are always great and his office staff very efficient.”

“I am a hobby Yorkshire Terrier breeder. I have brought my dogs here for their shots, and teeth cleaning. The wait can be insanely long sometimes. Even to drop your dog off, with an appointment (teeth cleaning) I had to wait almost 2 hours. I also had my kitten neutered here. They did a good job, but even though they called me to pick up I still had to wait an hour and a half. I feel like Dr. Sam was very good. Most of the staff is nice. But they need to higher a person for just the front desk, to answer phones and take payments. They get really backed up. And it would alleviate stress on the nurses. Plus the nurses wouldn't get so behind. I took 1 star off because of a couple of the crazy waits. But I have recommended this hospital to several people, because they make pet care affordable. And that is a wonderful thing.”
