“Second time coming here to get some tires put on. The price was decent and the service was polite and professional. I was a walk in and they still worked with me to get the job done the same day. One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. “This is a nice store in a nice shopping center right next to Costco. While they’re a little busy at times, I’ve never noticed that the store was dirty or had bare shelves in any of their departments. The place is usually well staffed and doesn’t have long lines, outside of maybe the afternoon rush, and is never a bad place to shop, regardless of the time of day or the day of the week. While it’s located slightly off of the interstate, it’s still close enough to be an easy store to drop by while on a long drive.”
