They also have a new pharmacist from bi-mart that is really good! Maybe someone from glass palace will read this and figure out how to manage the rest of the store? “Best customer service in town and Joe’s made from scratch Italian specials each week are better than any restaurant in town. I am from Brooklyn, NY and extremely picky when it comes to Italian food and eating Joe’s Italian specials brings me back. Defiant showed me that food does bring out wonderful memories. The Boars Head products are also top notch, especially the bacon, all at a fair price point. Playground was medium sized with two climbing areas, some swings, a springy seesaw, and a spinner-ma-jig. Playground looks new and is rather unique with "tree houses". “Dr. Katherine Dahlke, M.D. at Fulcrum clinic has given me the best care. After falling down stairs and breaking ribs along with dislocating my rib cage - a very severe injury with torn ligaments that normally attach ribs to the sternum - she did gentle physical adjustments (called Cranial Sacral) which saved my life. And she saved me from needing surgery. I would arrive at the clinic in horrific pain and leave feeling better. No longer do I have headaches or any chest or back pain. And my ribs healed too. It was not instant but she saved me from having surgery that would have torn open my chest to stitch my ribs back in place. I am grateful she provided an alternative! She is a wonderful Medical Doctor who knows the body thoroughly. She also worked holistically to get me well with prescribing homeopathic remedies which calmed me during the stressfull period of recovery. The front desk person, Julie, is also super nice. And they take most insurances. I am grateful forever. Go to to Dr.Dahlke for whatever you have. She is an internist and more. You will be glad you did! I continue to highly recommend her. She is kind, knowledgeable, and is the most caring professional I ever met!”

“The wait was worth it!! Having a walk-in schedule can be difficult to be seen the moment your pet needs care. It took me a couple of days but the front desk staff gave me places that could get my dog in if it was an emergency. My dog was not in an emergency situation so I waited a few hours and called in to check if they could get my dog seen for his annual appointment. The staff was courteous and accommodating in person and on the phone even when having to turn patients away due to being over booked. I appreciate the all the staff and their dedication to pets of all kinds. The veterinarian that saw my dog was great and I appreciate all the time she took to answer my questions. I am thankful for this place and the staff that make this office my first choice!! My advise is be patient and be flexible!!”

“Fast and friendly service and very accommodating. After the conveyer belt takes you through the car wash you pull into a spot and there are free vacuums to use, and plenty of spots so you never have to wait. There is also a policy where if your car isn’t completely clean to your liking they’ll let you go again for free! My car was covered in bugs so I went through twice and my car looks amazing :) Update: The car wash blew off my front license plate and crumpled it up. Apparently this happens a lot in these kinds of car washes.”

Having your animal get diagnosed with cancer during a pandemic has been a rollercoaster, but Dr. Dowling is extremely compassionate and will support you in whatever path you decide to take for your animal (he does a great job explaining the options). Also Danielle is a fabulous Vet Tech and always a pleasure to interact with! They are straight up with you about price estimates at the beginning of each appointment which I appreciate. My experiences with the front desk staff has been pleasant as well. I would highly recommend VCA for oncology care, that is the only department I see but I have no doubt the others are great too.”

“We had my daughters baby shower there on Sunday. We had 13 guests due to covid restrictions and had the place to our selves. The tea and food are divine, the service was superb. Julie the owner was a gem to work with. Everyone enjoyed it so much. She had a few its a girl decorations for us as well. I cannot say enough about how much we loved the experience. Tea's Me made my daughters baby shower everything I had hoped it would be. We will be back!”
