“I have been a volunteer at Bonnie Hays for many years. I can't say enough good things about the staff here! They are caring, professional, and dedicated to all the animals entrusted in their care. These animals that come in with some of the worst medical conditions get top notch veterinary care by the full time vet and vet techs. The shelter techs treat each animal like they were their own. They also have the difficult job of dealing with public who are sometimes less than nice and do it with great skill. The animal control officers rescue animals from dangerous situations. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. The administration is always looking for ways to improve and make the shelter a better place. We are lucky to have such a dedicated group in our county. Thank you for serving us and taking such good care of our animals!”

“I have been to this location a hand full of times and never received poor customer service. Today, was EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for a cashiers check- being my first time. Everyone was so friendly. Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way. “The current chief pilot in office is a very experienced aviator, communicator, and professional pilot. I have flown countless hours with the school and rented their planes on many of my own adventures across the Pacific Northwest. Their planes are updated with wonderful new GPS units and they have an excellent Director of Maintenance. He keeps there planes to a tight maintenance standard. Wonderful people there and always a pleasure to drop in and say hi or fly.”

“Papa John's is probably my favorite of the fast food pizza chains, and this is a convenient location in the area. Ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me and kept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I'll probably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly, but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn't need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though the garlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual.”
