“Excellent customer service and they really know their stuff. Recently we had an electronics issue needed it fixed ASAP, as we run our fishing charter pretty much every day. The manufacturer could not figure it out, but Marty spent 1.5 hours one the phone talking me through it until we figured out what was broken Marty refused to give up until he figured it out and my electronics were up and running. Marty then had Tim fab up an interface panel and drive to Ilwaco and install the part after one of our charters. The install looks factory and Tim spent a bunch of time making sure everything was perfect. These guys are the best.”

He has an excellent bedside manner and made every effort to help me prior to suggesting a second surgery. His care and attentiveness helped me with a much quicker recovery time and got me back on my feet. “They were really nice, but using charisma to make up for being late only goes so far. I have been here 3 times and they were only remotely on time once. The first time it took them 45 minutes past the appointment time to even come out and have us fill out paperwork. Every other time it's about 15 minutes past my appointment time and I usually show up 10 minutes early so im waiting almost a half hour in a hot car before the even grab my furry friends. Edit: So I am sitting in my car at 7:56 for a 8am appointment. I've called twice and no answer for check in. I have noticed that all the employees have pulled up are are just now arriving to work at the same time my appointment is. I don't know if cutting scheduling this close to appointments yields timeliness. I mean just schedule my appointment at 8:15 so I don't have to wait around. Sheesh.”
