She can be involved if you demand it or she will let you take the lead if that's how you like to do things. One thing I really want to emphasize beyond excellent customer service is her knowledge of the market here in the metro area. I felt like I had a real Pro working on my behalf and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. I loved looking at houses with Tatiana. I genuinely wouldn't want anybody else to show me places and I really looked forward to our meet ups. She takes into account all your needs and really wants to make sure the place is right for you. The fact is you're working with an honest, ethical professional so you get opinions and service of that magnitude. If there are problems with your dream home she'll point it out so you aren't left wondering, while simultaneously making you feel like the decision is entirely up to you. She really knows what she's doing from years of experience, the inspectors and the like she recommended where excellent and went above and beyond just like Tatiana. I felt like Tatiana cared about me getting into a place I loved as much as I did and I think that is her true gift. I love the house she helped my son and I get into and I loved working with Tatiana!”

Cat Adoption were very easy to work with and they set up the cats to have to be adopted together! That made the kids happy knowing they would be kept together.”

“My mother spent the last 4 months of her life at Young at Heart Care Home and I could not have asked for a better place for her to be. The home itself is beautiful. It is decorated nicely and each of the 5 residents have their own room and private bath. Everything about the home feels comfortable. What really sets this home apart from other facilities is the warm, loving care that the owners provide. When I took my initial tour of the home I had no doubts that this is where I wanted my mom to be. Dora and Claudio, the owners, are two of the nicest people I have ever met. My mom, who never adapted well with change, quickly grew to love them. I always knew that my mom was being well taken care of while she was there. Their friendliness, good communication and the compassion they show to their residents make them excellent caregivers. I highly recommend the Young At Heart Care Home to anyone searching for a place for their loved one.”

“Visiting the Test Garden while it's in full bloom on a sunny day is a treat. It smells amazing everywhere and all the roses are lovely. Additionally there are several benches to sit on if you decide that sitting to enjoy is the best way to go. The garden is big enough that it's fairly easy to social distance even if there are a lot of people there. Not a good variety of shaded places though, so be prepared to get lots of sunshine (if its not raining)! The Pay To Park areas are decent enough, but on a busy day be prepared to have to park not as close. Overall, its free to go (except parking) so if the chance to visit arises, I recommend going!”
