“My husband and I just got married and have settled into a beautiful quaint ground floor apartment here at Northridge. So far we absolutely love living here! They are dog friendly which was a huge plus for us having 2 dogs. The grounds are kept nice and clean, and while there have been some technical issues with the online portal, the management has been fully transparent and understanding with this ongoing issue and is working to get it all corrected. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner from what I can tell so far, we are having issues with our dryer and within days they are out to fix it! The community is very friendly and we are both extremely happy to call this our first home as newlyweds! The 18 month lease was also a huge plus! I strongly recommend this place as it is very affordable in today's tough market.”

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. The variety of sandwiches, Benedicts, toast, omelets, and other egg dishes is much better than other breakfast places. I especially love the avocado toast, and there is no other restaurant that has five different kinds to choose from.
