It's a smaller congregation of Christ following believers who enjoy fellowship together studying Gods word. Pastor Brian does a great job in teaching others how to use the Bible in our modern world. A lot of people feel that the Bible is old and out-dated but he shows us just how scripture of yesterday can still apply today. The Bible says, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8. The church has Sunday school at 9am and church service starts by 10:15am and ends just before noon. If your new to the area or looking for a smaller gathering of Christian brothers and sisters then look no further than the George Community Church. Close enough but a world away.”

“I’m am now starting my treatment hear, takes 2-3 weeks to get the screening process completed after a diagnosis. I was referred by my Oncologist from OHSU and the staff contacted within 24-hrs of the referral and my first appointment was for consultation and scans; happened in two business days. I work with both the Radiology team and the Oncology team. So far the experience has been 5-stars! I’m doing my second chemo and first radiation ☢️ today the beginning of a “journey” and not a pleasure cruise. The staff, Doctors, Technicians, Nurses have all been very professional, supportive and helpful. I will update this towards the end of this experience.”

“As always Schreiner’s was amazing. We took our dog, Spike, came with us and was exhausted at the end. The flowers are in grand bloom, the peonies are seated and the clematis have just begun. If you’re looking for a place to take beautiful photos, this is it. From 7 am- 9 am you can get a special ticket for photography. Kids 12 and under are free with an adult ticket all week long. There is only one food cart this year, the food was good. But it took a while as there was only one, and lots of people. The cook was delightful, even though she was very busy. There is also a coffee food cart. There are plenty of benches in the shade and in the sun. You get a $2 discount if you purchase tickets on line.”
