First day of installation, Chris and Max arrived on time and were professional, efficient, and respectful of the space. Unfortunately, dry rot was found under the old tub but these guys knew what to do along with their project lead/manager, Toby. They fixed the problem and was able to install the tub, shower surround and the flooring on the second day! “I had the best time riding at Corbett Farms! Stuart is so welcoming, and accommodated me last minute for a ride before I left Oregon. The farm and stable are beautiful, with lots of animals and horses. I got to ride Rhea for the day, and she was a dream. I am a newer rider, and Stuart gave me a lot of tips to help me get better in my form. On our ride, we got to stop on the trail and have wild blackberries. I also had had the best trail mate, Boo-Boo, the farms resident doggy! I highly recommend getting in a ride in if you are in Portland or the surrounding areas.”

“This place is awesome! Nicole was so friendly and accommodating to me-- it was my first time here. They had free coffee and cookies in the morning with orientation, a delicious free lunch, a huge adorable therapy dog, activities like jewelry making, a room to chill out and listen to music/watch TV, etc. I have done a lot of work with the homeless and been in and out of mental health facilities much of my adult life, and I was super impressed. “Lafayette RV park has not done anything wrong or broken any laws in regards to Mr. Tripp's lies in his review. The space was rented Friday right before closing at 6 pm. His application was not received until Monday morning long after the space was rented. “Right after she got off the phone with me she called another person, and gave the spot to them. “ That is a flat out lie. Someone that was approved earlier in the week that had previously declined the space called right before closing at 6 pm and stated they changed their mind. Mr. Tripp had not yet submitted his application at that time. “as long as my application was approved I would have a place to live. “ Also a lie. He was never promised anything. What he was actually told & misinterpreted was that there was a space available at the time I spoke to him. Period. Said space was never promised to him. All spaces are 1st come 1st served. No exceptions. Application fees are never refundable. That is standard industry wide. That fee gets paid directly to the screening company and the property has no control over it. Yes, I hung up on him when he started yelling at me. I refuse to stay on the phone with an unreasonable person yelling at me.”
