I was pretty vague when I went in, basically mumblingto please, just fix this mop on my head. Somehow he understood my mumbling and I ended up with a really cute, well done haircut that works with my hair and is easy for me to manage. He was pleasant and interesting to talk to as well. The last time I had seen a stylist was a little over a year ago.(I know, that's bad). That time I had paid 5 times as much as I did for my cut from Tyler. (Really) And I walked out of there terribly disappointed. Not this time! Tyler you made my day! Paid a reasonable price, got a great haircut and had fun too! Thank you!”

“This place is great! Large variety of snacks and drinks. Water floaties for the river and an array of items that you may have forgotten (or not realized you needed...). Lots of gear for fishing and bait and lure options! As well as bags of ice! Biggest complaint is no public restroom... And my kids always need to go about the time we stop here... 🙄 Staff has always been great! They are understanding and patient. And even when the line is long they aren't overly rushy or rude to the customer they are serving ATM!”

“I’ve been going to this barbershop for a while now and the man I go to every time for my hair and beard is barber “J”. He’s not only a professional artist, but someone you would wish upon as a barber. Someone you can shoot the breeze with while getting cleaned up. He looks out for you and appreciates all his clients. I always stand up from his chair smiling and walk out of the True Heart Barbershop door feeling fresh and looking good (and for me that’s saying something). The vibe at True Heart is above anything I’ve ever experienced before. I’ve seen such a wide range of clientele at the location and they all leave happy and have the same great experience.
