(December 25, 2019, 3:10 pm)We had a plumbing issue on Christmas morning — no one wants to deal with that but Todd & John came with the biggest smiles to help us. We still have more work to do but John said he just wanted to get us all cleared up so we could get back to enjoying Christmas and we can talk more tomorrow. They were both polite, friendly, punctual and a really pleasure to deal with! It really helped this mama put her mind at ease on Christmas Day.. big thanks guys!

(December 14, 2019, 1:38 pm)Very professional and punctual. Good communication prior to the service. I had to replace the handle to a shower unit that had broke on a Sunday morning. The tech came on Monday as scheduled and did a good job in explaining the costs. I can’t speak for value because it was just installed today. Assuming the quality is there and there are no issues ( I believe the technician did a thorough job and don’t expect any issues ), I think the value is also going to be good.
