(April 1, 2019, 2:22 pm)Olivia is such a kind, healthy, physically fit owner of this gym! The weight lifting and cardio equipment are great and so are the fitness classes! It is also much cheaper than most other local gyms! This place will also charge just $5 if you want to come workout for a day without committing to a $35/month membership. Great options! Even though Olivia is at the apex of beauty and fitness. (Most women as amazing as she is would be conceited!) but she really does care so much about people and their health and she is so kind. This gym and the owner definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

(January 22, 2019, 11:16 pm)Went to the zumba class on Tuesday and it was amazing! The music wasn't your typical top 40 that you've heard a thousand times but more obscure tunes. The dance moves were varied from song to song where you didn't get a sense of deja vu. Very enjoyable.
Sidenote: the lady on the front desk wasn't really friendly in the slightest. No warm welcome, not even half a smile. -

(June 25, 2018, 7:47 am)I really enjoy this gym, quiet and not too crowded. The equipment is pretty old but it all works fine. The only thing it's missing is a deadlift platform. I don't take any of the classes but they seem to be the gyms main interest.
