A Better Rate Storage
(October 2, 2018, 3:05 pm)We are so impressed with the quality of the product and the service we received from Quality Stone. We originally worked with them to design and install our business sign over 7 years ago. Recently we noticed a handful of stones had fallen off, so we contacted them for repairs, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They didn’t simply replace the stonework that had fallen off--Roger showed up and in a few short days our entire sign had brand new stone! Everything was covered under warranty. We noticed Roger even went the extra mile to make it nice and keep it nice. He cleaned up the project area every day, leaving it pristine even while the stonework was still in progress. He put down plastic sheeting to protect our grass and our new blacktop, and he always had a smile on his face. Thank you Quality Stone for the excellent customer service and impressive stonework!
