Spoke with JR who told me that because he was swamped with work he couldn’t get to me for at least 4 days, and since we can’t drain our gray water tank it was essential that someone come soon, so he recommended another repair shop who agreed to come the same day. Kudos to JR for his customer service and knowing about other shops to recommend.

Great experience. Fast friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an emergency hot water heater repair. Came out fast and fixed it perfectly.
JR was great. He worked us in his busy schedule. Came out to our campsite and replaced out toilet and serviced our refrigerator. He had his air compressor out and asked if we wanted him to check the pressure in our tires. My husband said sure and as he did that he spotted a bad tire. If he hadn't noticed it we may have had an accident. So we highly recommend JR's RV Repair. He goes above and beyond.
I had a water leak in my camper. I called JR and he was there in 45 minutes. He fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. Great guy, great service. I highly recommend him.
