(March 10, 2019, 7:16 pm)Loved this hotel! Very clean & quiet. Our room was big and the bed really comfortable. Friendly staff, especially Bruce at the front desk--he couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. We were in town visiting friends and will definitely stay here again!

(March 4, 2019, 7:14 am)This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We love the comfortable beds, how clean everything is, and the fact that everyone is friendly. I have two complaints. First, the girl on nightshift was on her phone while we were asking her questions and I don't think that's appropriate. If you're going to be on it, wait until guests leave because it's very off-putting when you require assistance. Second, the tv in the lobby should have been on something neutral (non-political), not Fox News or CNN -- just my opinion.

(January 3, 2019, 6:25 pm)Obviously I'm partial to the Hi-Ex and this one fulfilled most expectations. Super disappointed by the shower's water pressure like a watering can, though. Grrr... so annoying. Very roomy--I am guessing larger than most Hi-Ex rooms which was great. I appreciated the hotel being on the outskirts of town while maintaining convenient access for sightseeing. This architecture should rightly not interfere with the beauty of legendary historical charm.

(December 24, 2018, 2:19 pm)Very nice and clean hotel with great amenities for the price! Staff was great! Only compliant is I wish Holiday Inns everywhere would redo their breakfast meals. Besides that I would stay here anytime!
