The staff was great. They were pleasant and encouraging every visit I had. I wouldn't want to go to any other facility after New Oxford.

The ladies there are wonderful. Wendi,s energy and organization is amazing . Lisa makes my day with her positive attitude . When I felt like this wasn't going to work we made such great improvement in my range of motion. Paige is always a smiling face . i love to come here in the morning they are better than my morning coffee . Buffy did a great job communicating with the VA to make the next step of my recovery effertless.. Thanks for a wonderful experience.,

Being a re-peat customer, I have come to love New Oxford Advantage Therapy, and their staff....well, as much as one can love people causing pain, all in the name of getting me healthier, stronger and back to good physical condition after serveral surgeries. The facility has always been clean, inviting and festive at certain times due to holidays and other events. Staff wise, I cannot say enough good things, starting at the reception desk with Buffy taking my calls, scheduling my appointments and of course the insurance nightmare helping me with that is priceless. Then there is Wendi, always smiling, always friendly and ready to drive you to "put in the work". Having been a patient twice and unfortunately, again real soon for another Surgery, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any person I know needing therapy to try this facility, it has been nothing short of perfect for me. Leaving here after a workout, I always felt like I made new friends with the staff.

I enjoy attending my therapy here. The staff go above and beyond. They answer questions that I have, listen to my concerns and encourage me to do what I can. I also enjoy talking to them and laughing along, it makes my sessions more enjoyable. I'm glad I was referred to New Oxford Advantage Physical Therapy, and I highly recommend it!!
