  Brandon was my sales man today as i shopped for a new bed to go into my new place... I went in being skeptical, because i am cheap skate and have never bought a new bed and i hate spending money (i am 50 years old).. But i decided it was time to get a quality set up... I was completely impressed by the clean store and the quality products they have.. Above that, the nice young gentleman Brandon was a true professional and went above expectations, which made the whole experience a true pleasure..   I had purchased 4 sets with 3 going in guest bedrooms. The first time we had guest the one box spring broke with the long center board down the middle snapping. I called customer service and they were great about getting me an approval letter to take to the store to get the process going. I get to the store and the guy is very slow in putting in the information in the computer (45 minutes in the store) and kept saying it needed to get approved and I said it was approved, you have the approval letter. I even at one point called customer service while there and they reassured me that it was approved and they would send an email to him directly. He continued to say it needs approval even in a follow up phone call. At that point I called customer service again and they said the approval was being processed. So she said he was just using the wrong word the whole time, should have been saying the request is being "processed" not "approved". Merchandise wise I have been happy so far with the product and customer service and delivery people. Little disappointing that it broke the first time but the one my husband and I use daily has been fine.

  I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for a week, and all is well. The mattress is comfortable, and even the cat has given approval.
