  The best vet ever! They saved my cat, and they did it for a fraction of the price it would have been anywhere else. Gettysburg Animal Hospital saves lives by making it affordable for people who love their animals, but just don't have 2,500 dollars to spend on a surprise surgery, to get the care they need. Not only are emergencies and critical problems cheaper here, the yearly exams and vaccinations are also much lower. A lot of people just won't get the medical attention their pet needs if it is too expensive, which is why I tell everybody about this place. They make it possible for animals to live a happier, healthier life.

  When I took my cat in my vet was Debbie and I can’t speak highly enough about her. She kept my cats needs in my price range and was extremely informative about after care and helped me stay in my budget even though my cat was in pretty bad shape. Very respectful, very kind, and I’ll definitely be seeing her for any other needs, though hopefully few and far between. As far as the rest of the staff and the office in general, wait times are short, everyone is helpful and pleasant and they have always gotten me in either that day or the next. Never a long wait. Great office with great staff.

  Experienced vets and friendly staff. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. We've been taking him to the Animal Hospital 8 years as very pleased with their expertise and service.

  Great vets and very thorough. The staff is very good as well. They take care of my fur baby!!❤️

  Wanted to thank the staff at Gettysburg Animal Hospital for the carrying, compassionate and thoughtful way Cookie and we as a family, were treated at such a heart breaking time.
  Dr Myra is the most knowledgeable, loving and compassionate Vet I have ever met. Dr Myra not only treated and cared for my baby but was considerate and loving to my family. She is a true asset to our community.
