(March 19, 2019, 4:46 pm)Took my 3yr old grandson there for a teeth cleaning. Woman behind the desk said it would be a hundred and fourty four dollars. So I asked her, that much for the dentist to brush his little teeth. Because that's all I thought they were gonna do. So the woman tells me there going to do x-rays so they can make sure everything is coming in alright. So I agreed. The child gets done with the visit and no x-rays were taken. All they did was look at, and brush his teeth. So we asked her about it, and not only did she have attitude like we've seen before and heard from other ppl. But she just said oh I guess they're weren't going to do x-rays. So either the woman doesn't know what she's talking about, or she just tried to Make a sale with no promise of delivering what she promised. It's one or the other...
As far as management is concerned, maybe to have a talk with this woman. It happened on January 15th about 11am.
Regardless of the issue with that particular woman I've been very happy with the services that I've received at family first health. -

(February 18, 2019, 10:52 am)Went in for my first dental appointment with them today. It’s been a while, and I was a ball of nerves. The hygenists were so sweet and caring. Dr. Harrison listened to my concerns and fears and was very reassuring and kind. This staff has cured me of my dentist anxiety! I’m actually looking forward to my upcoming cleaning (never ever thought I’d say that)
Front office staff is also super sweet, from appointment reminders and check in, to check out I was met with just good people and smiles.
I’ve seen some negative reviews about the new patient scheduling... it’s really not that bad. I got disconnected once and on hold for a bit the second time but I got through just fine. Staff was patient and took their time getting me registered with their office.
