  I've been going to this CVS for a while and wanted to give a complement to one of the staff there. I was going to do an online survey buy i guess cvs has discontinued that.
  
  Rochelle who is an assistant manager or manager has always been very friendly when i visit. Recently she was very helpful when explaining about the deals on offer and how they worked.
  Whenever I'm shopping and she's near by, she'll say a friendly hello to let you know she's there to help but isn't overbearing or disingenuous. Thank you for your help.

  I have been a CVS customer for years coming from Rite Aid who made a critical error in filling a prescription for me. I've only ever encountered minor wait times. Jeff, the pharmacist, has always been Pleasant and helpful. Some of the people complaining on this site about wait times need to remember that pharmacists fill hundreds of prescriptions each day and have to work out the Kinks in your insurance. They also need to be up-to-date on whether you are being charged a co-pay and how much. There are a lot of things to consider with filling a prescription. Sometimes this isn't always easy and it is time-consuming. And let's not forget these are humans filling prescriptions and not machines. As far as the shelves not being stocked... I have never encountered that problem at this location.

  The staff are very organized and so helpful at CVS! This is SO much better than the walmart pharmacy!
