(January 17, 2018, 9:57 pm)We had a non-emergent kitchen sink problem. We called Saturday morning and got an apologetic call Sunday night because Mark was gone all weekend. We let him know that ours was not an emergency but to call us when he could have someone come out and look at it. Jesse came out today and did a great job! He actually found another issue with our dishwasher and fixed that while he was here, saving us more issues down the road! It can be difficult to find someone trustworthy and reliable - we are so glad that we did!

Jim long and Erik long are absolute experts their work and customer service is top notch. Don't wasted your time and money calling their competitors the work speaks for its self!!!!
